RECRUITS
are ranked as follows:

The purpose of having recruits is to allow
players a trial period within ZAN Industries.
This period allows the recruit to gain knowledge
about the corporation and determine if they want
to commit to joining after the probation period.
This period allows ZAN Industries to watch and
learn how the recruit operates and interacts
within the corporation and its members.
After this probation period ZAN Industries will
decide on extending the probation period,
termination or promotion to Ensign
Probation Period
A minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 90 days
probation is required. The period length
depending on skill levels, attitude and
participation.
Combat Fleet Operations
Recruits are not allowed to join alliance fleet
operations or communication channels to listen
in on while a combat operation is underway.
Chain of Command
Recruits are not allowed to voice opinions, make
statements or offer advice about the alliance
with others outside of ZAN Industries. All
advice, complaints, concerns and issues are to
be handled within the corporation chain of
command. |
